     His main reason for this action is to enable him have time for him self,after he realises the fact that all his life he had put people before him.

   His post reads-"If u can't reach me don't reach me !,I will contact you ....I think it's time I actually took care of my self, I have changed my number!,I need some cleansing to do,love y'all .
