AMC ENDS ACADEMIC SESSION.

      The 2019/2020 academic session of Awendo media college has come to an end.This was revealed via a message from the college  HOD Advanment office,Nankpak Cirfat,through the college's vice chancellor,Chigozie Kendrick on (the college's) whatsapp platforms.

What Is Awendo Media College?

HISTORY
Awendo Media Consultants came into existence as far back as 2012 by a group of seasoned media minded practitioners with the aim of impacting positively on the society. Its major activities upon establishment included writing press statements for individuals and organisations within Plateau State, they also created a hub where people could get seasoned event organisers to plan and host events.
Overtime, Awendo Media has kept evolving and its activities also kept changing. From 2017 to 2018, Awendo Media started organizing trainings in Public Speaking in Plateau State. In 2019, Awendo Media pulled together three trainings in the following areas, Introduction to Broadcasting, Investigative Journalism and the use of Social Media for students and media enthusiasts in the University of Jos which had the likes of Plateau popular OAP Bello Lukman, Ambassador Obeta Odinaka Kingsley, OAP Gozie Kendrick as Facilitators. There was also a representatives of Voice of America and Google Digital Team.
Awendo Media Consultants have also been part of organizing capacity development trainings for high school students with focus to those in the Humanities. The training is geared towards prepping those in press clubs of various high schools for the world ahead.
