The accused pastor Samson was pronounced guilty by the trail judge,justice Ademola Bola of inflicting injury on the deceased's head with a cutlass at Gberinlegi village via Okeigbo,which letar lead to his death at the hospital.
According to report,the injury was inflicted on the deceased when he went to hunt for frogs with three other friends at a fish pond owned by the convict.
